Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you’ve completed a payment but did not receive your game key, or if you mistakenly purchased the wrong game, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase for review.
Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
- Invalid or Corrupted Game Key: If your key is not working, is unreadable, or cannot be activated due to technical errors.
- No Access or Activation: If the game has not been accessed or activated and the refund is requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Wrong Game or Non-Delivery: If you didn’t receive the game key after payment, or accidentally bought the incorrect game, a refund request can be submitted within 14 days for assessment.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are typically not issued in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted simply due to a change in preference or dissatisfaction with the game. However, we may consider exchanges or store credit at our discretion.
- Already Activated or Used: If the key has already been redeemed or the game has been accessed, and the key is functional, refunds are not permitted.
- Late Requests: Any refund request made after 14 days from the date of purchase is not eligible.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation meets the refund criteria, please email us at help@unloksy.com and include the following information:
- Order Number: So we can locate and verify your purchase.
- Reason for Request: Explain the issue, such as an invalid key, non-delivery, or wrong game selection.
- Evidence (if applicable): Screenshots or a description showing the problem—such as error messages or proof of failed activation.
Processing and Resolution
Once we review your request and it is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Alternative Solutions
If your request doesn’t qualify for a refund but you’re unsatisfied with your experience, we may offer:
- A replacement product of similar or equal value.
- A store credit to use for future purchases on Unloksy.com.
